I found this hotel very modern in design. The rooms felt spacious and very well designed. I liked the water filtration system in the room a lot. The location allowed easy access to many restaurants and local shops.

the smell from the shower drain was quite strong. Despite reporting this to the front desk, the issue remained unresolved. A room change would have been helpful

charming city stay!

helpful staff convenient location filtered water

I found the location very convenient! it's close to many museums as i love art. the staff provided useful information about the surrounding area and always helped when i asked. the hotel offered a drinking filtered water tap in the room. I appreciated that a lot.

the building had no air conditioning, a bit warm after a sunny day. there weren't screens on the windows, so i got a few mosquito bites.

nearby, i noticed multiple dining options in the roma norte area! the choices varied from casual cafes to more formal restaurants. a small coffee shop right across the street offers quick breakfast options and great coffee. its proximity made mornings really easy.

a balanced experience

spacious room responsive staff kitchen area no air conditioning dirty sheets noisy location

the room was spacious. it included a sitting area, a bedroom, and a kitchen. the shower was also spacious. staff were friendly. they used a what's app-based concierge service and responded quickly.

the building lacks air conditioning. rooms have windows and juliet glass balconies. it is hard to cool the room after a hot day. i found the sheets dirty when i checked in. i had asked for a quiet room, but i got one on the third floor facing a busy highway. it was hard to sleep. a club played music until 5 am during the weekend.
