Charming Escape
excellent design comfortable bed great pool amazing breakfast
My room was a Grand Beautiful Room King Bed. The room's interior design was very excellent. The comfortable bed helped me sleep well. I certainly enjoyed the hotel swimming pool. I also loved the breakfast.
The elevator operation could use some tweaking. I thought that the response time could be faster. I noticed that when I pressed the button, not all elevators reacted immediately.

The hotel is within walking distance to the MRT Bendungan Hilir. It lies within the Jakarta CFD area, allowing visitors to enjoy car-free days during weekends. This location is certainly convenient..

The wooden details created a beautiful connection to the culture. Our room felt spacious. It was located high up with crafted wallpaper. The bed offered great comfort and a restful sleep. The breakfast buffet impressed me, it had diverse options..
I noticed a very slight delay with the elevator service. It could benefit from improvements in responsiveness.

oasis of calm
aesthetic concept hot water helpful service
I appreciated the hotel's aesthetic concept, especially the cafe and rooftop bar. the pools were quite nice. One even had hot water, relaxing after swimming. the staff listened attentively and offered helpful service.
the elevator system felt a bit slow. pushing the button didn't always seem to immediately call the closest available elevator. it would improve efficiency if the system responded quicker.

helpful staff strawberry gift massage arrangement
I appreciated the helpful staff . Maudy from the f&b team gave my son strawberries. Mr Adin assisted us in locating a shop we needed. Mr Robin was sweet and arranged a massage.

Breakfast included a wide variety of dishes. The health juice shots station provided descriptions of health benefits. There were also stations that offered indonesian specialties which was a great touch for those who wanted to immerse themselves in the local cuisine.

The hotel is very near the mrt. This convenient access to public transportation is invaluable for navigating the city, as the train lines connect to most of the notable points of interest.

Stylish and well-located stay
marvelous interior respectful staff full length window
i discovered this hotel through trip's recommendations as a very instagramable hotel. the interior and furnishings looked marvelous. staff members were courteous. the room had great furnishings and a full length window was provided. i enjoyed the experience. i got a sunset view right from my bed.
the hostess on august 22nd need some improvement. i had added breakfast upon check in and she questioned if my room included it, it made me uncomfortable, but, it was solved quickly.
