The room was spacious and comfortable I found everything required for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful always ready to assist with a smile. I especially enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast buffet it had a cheerful lady managing it.

The hot water pressure in the washbasin was weak making it difficult to wash properly I found this quite inconvenient. the receptionist's behavior was indifferent when I had an issue I felt it lacked good customer service.

the location was acceptable because it offered proximity to several restaurants.

The breakfast was a real letdown. The coffee machine was out of service every day of my visit. there were only a few stale fruits and some eggs available, it was definitely not worth paying extra for. the staff were unhelpful. They just said that nothing else was available.
