the pool area was wonderfully maintained, and i enjoyed the convenient lazy river. ocean 2000, the hotel restaurant, offered delicious food. i especially appreciated the large rooms with a separate sitting area, very practical.
the check-in process experienced slight delays, and sometimes the front desk looked a little understaffed , causing minor waits.

the staff constantly offered friendly and helpful assistance, especially regarding pool chairs , providing fresh towels , and ensuring a GREAT view of the pool area for watching children.

The restaurant had amazing food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass!!! adam, who worked in recreation, was super friendly and helpful. he gave awesome recommendations for local restaurants. the beach setup was perfect.!!
the valet parking was a bit slow, sometimes taking up to fifteen minutes to get my car.

i visit twice a year. the room had great quality and it was large. it was also very clean. i loved the close beach access and pool access was quick.
the mandatory valet parking fee was quite high.
