I found the location ideal. It was close to public transport, shops, and restaurants! The decor felt tasteful throughout. Staff provided help and they stored our luggage for us. It was very kind of them.

I found i could not control the heating in my room, a little difficult. It seemed like a warm day, and I couldn't turn the heating off, EVEN though there was reverse cycle aircon in the room, unfortunate.

The room was tidy and well presented. Everything felt very clean, a HUGE plus. The room size was adequate and it served its purpose for my needs. Amenities were sufficient for a short business stay.

Check-in occurred easily and quick, ESPECIALLY as I felt exhausted after my long flight. This process. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They catered to my needs well. Luggage storage offered great convenience.

The location is central and close to many facilities. This included public transport, restaurants, and shops for EVERY need. Everything was easily accessible, from trains to buses, made getting around easy. The general presentation was tidy

the heating was not controllable in the room it was too warm and i could not turn it off the telephone did not work so i had to go downstairs to report the problem also the room was very small with nowhere to put clothes there were only three hangers
