I found the staff friendly and helpful!!! They always seemed happy. The location is convenient to many city activities including restaurants and bars. The bedroom was very comfortable.

There was minimal hanging space for clothes. Just a coat hook with two hangers.

Fantastic Stay in the City!

excellent location friendly staff

The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to many restaurants and cafes. Walking to the Swan River and Hay Street Mall was simple. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . They helped me find my way around the city! The room itself was quite decent.

The air conditioner leaked. One of the beds became wet as a result. I had to sleep in the wet area. It kept leaking all night long.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location is very central and close to transport. the room was tidy, and the bed proved comfy after a long day.

the parking area was tricky to find and navigate. my room was quite small with limited space for luggage. i could hear noises from the hallway and nearby rooms, which affected sleep quality.

ideal location tasteful decor helpful staff

I found the location ideal. It was close to public transport, shops, and restaurants! The decor felt tasteful throughout. Staff provided help and they stored our luggage for us. It was very kind of them.

I found i could not control the heating in my room, a little difficult. It reminded me of a warm day, and I couldn't turn the heating off, EVEN though there was reverse cycle aircon in the room, unfortunate.

The room was tidy and well presented. Everything felt very clean, a HUGE plus. The room size was adequate and it served its purpose for my needs. Amenities were sufficient for a short business stay.

Check-in occurred easily and quick, ESPECIALLY as I felt exhausted after my long flight. This process. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They catered to my needs well. Luggage storage offered great convenience.

uncontrollable heating small room

the location was good the staff at the front desk were nice

the heating was not controllable in the room it was too warm and i could not turn it off the telephone did not work so i had to go downstairs to report the problem also the room was very small with nowhere to put clothes there were only three hangers
