Excellent Stay at a Waterfront Resort

excellent foodunique amenitiesrooftop cocktailfantastic views
My business session was productive, yet I also relaxed. Each restaurant had excellent food. The views from Sotogrande remain in my memory.. The spa features sensory showers, a snow room, and more unique amenities. A cocktail on the rooftop is a must, day or night. I noticed fantastic views from there.
I thought the minibar setup could have been better. I was told there would be a $50 fee to empty the fridge. I needed to store medication there.
Facilities
9/10
The resort boasts a massive spa with awesome amenities. There are multiple dining options available to guests. Pools were well maintained and easily accessible from most rooms.
Service
10/10
Jacob at the concierge was super friendly and helpful. Tiffany, the hostess at Garni, was very sweet and cute. Turn down service included complimentary chocolates and water. Staff was polite and promptly responded to requests.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast at Garni was good, especially the egg white frittata. Saltbreeze offered excellent poolside food. Sotogrande provided nice dining experiences with very nice views. The Italian restaurant provided delicious meals and excellent experiences.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms feature a mid-century vibe and thoughtful design. The bathrooms had luxurious toilets, clean and well-stocked. My room had comfortable beds, modern touches, and updated bathrooms. Daily housekeeping maintained a super clean and well-organized space.

The attentiveness of the valet staff was acceptable.
I asked if the hotel had a directory, but I was told to check the website instead. I could NOT find it there. My room lacked a telephone, so I used my cell to call the hotel. It went to voicemail. There was no display about the hotel's services.

mixed feelings about the stay

highway noiseno directory
the location of my intracoastal view king disability access room was not ideal. it faced the back of the building , and the constant highway noise was quite bothersome. i also found the lack of information about hotel services frustrating , as there was no directory in the room , and contacting the front desk proved difficult.
