The room service food was AMAZING!!! I found its quality unexpectedly great. We ordered manti, chicken salad, sezar, meat soup, and gavurdagi salad. All were fantastic. The open swimming pool provided a relaxing experience.

The room was excessively warm. It made comfortable sleep difficult.

i was disappointed in a few ways. the gym equipment was outdated and limited. there was a noticeable musty smell in the hallways, it was unpleasant. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and several items were consistently cold, this wasn't what i expected.

fantastic stay with wonderful amenities

i received an amazing upgrade to a pool suite, a big suite complete with a private sauna and a zen garden. a private outdoor pool , it was nice. i really appreciated the free use of the spa facilities, i found that to be a special treat. the gym was beautiful and the game area with ping pong was such fun , i really loved these amenities.

during my stay , i noticed the room was quite dusty and i found a contact lens from a previous guest. additionally , the phone in the room wasn't working , with the cord hanging loose , i did report this , but unfortunately nothing was done about it.

the hotel offers both open and closed pools, a hamam, and a massage area , i used these facilities frequently. i found the pools very clean and large , i appreciated this. the spa also has a variety of treatments available.

the breakfast included a good variety of options , everything was plentiful , i was really impressed. the hotel food is really good , i must say i enjoyed every meal. the service was also really fast and attentive , a huge plus.

this hotel is really close to the airport , so convenient for travel! the location is also excellent , it is set away from the hustle and bustle. i enjoyed the super quiet place and the sounds of the call to prayer , it was lovely.
