the hotel was pet-friendly, and i brought my dog. they provided food and water bowls, along with a very comfortable dog bed. the staff was amazing and helpful (especially with my pet). the location is excellent, close to petco park and other attractions.

Charming Hotel in a PRIME location!

The hotel provided VERY easy access to the surrounding area. Petco Park was an easy walk. I attended a concert. The staff was helpful and friendly to everyone! I would definitely consider staying here again soon.
It felt a little unsafe, to be honest. It is slow, and tricky for maneuvering luggage.

Our room felt a bit cramped. We had trouble finding space for our luggage. the air conditioning unit was quite loud, disrupting our sleep on a couple of nights. also, the rooftop bar was advertised but seemed unattended .. that was disappointing.

The noise levels were definitely a problem . I could hear a lot of street noise at night. It made it difficult to relax sometimes. Waiting for them became a significant inconvenience during peak times..
