amazing stay!

central location attentive staff

i loved how central the location is and how easy it is to walk along the canal it offered such amazing views. the staff was attentive and always ready to assist making my stay super easy. the breakfast options were great and the food from room service was delicious i really enjoyed the culinary offerings.

i found a stained bedsheet when i first entered my room which was disappointing it affected my first impression. the hotel was fast replacing them when i told them about it. the evening manager seemed a bit careless just standing around while check-in took a while with only one receptionist.

the gym has modern equipment it includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. the pool area features twenty loungers providing ample space for relaxation and sunbathing. there's also a shaded section near the pool offering respite from the sun.

my beautiful king room featured great views of the bay and included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the room also had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the shuttle service made trips to the mall and metro super easy.

the hotel is in a central location it's fantastic for walks along the canal with lovely views. the hotel offers shuttle services to the beach and the mall this made exploring the city really convenient. it's easy to access various attractions from this location.

kind staff luxury hotel good music

my room was very clean and gorgeous.. i particularly enjoyed dinner at bella restaurant, the music and food were very good. the staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to support me with anything.

the lobby's lighting was a little dim, i feel a brighter atmosphere would .

clean room modern amenities professional staff cool beer

The room was very clean and modern with awesome amenities. The gym has a great selection of equipment. The staff was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the cool beer during happy hour at the bar. It was lovely.

The air conditioning unit wasn't very effective in my room. I had some trouble controlling the temperature
