The staff was very helpful . They answered all my questions quickly. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport (a great convenience!). I also found the free breakfast satisfying.

I found the neighborhood a bit unappealing. There was some trash on the streets nearby. The hotel lacks a proper restaurant (something I was looking for). I could only have lunch at the Marriott next door.

the airport shuttle ran frequently. it was easy to get to the terminals. the staff were helpful with directions. the breakfast team did a good job keeping food stocked.
