The hotel had parking spaces, a great asset. Its central location allowed easy access to attractions. The bed was comfortable. blackout curtains helped with sleeping. The staff checked me in late and provided breakfast next day. I appreciated that.
The information about bus routes to the airport was incorrect, which almost made me miss my flight.

Parking was available , this was a definite bonus. The hotel is near the city center, perfect for easy exploration. A restaurant is available. It provides meals throughout the day.

The room included blackout curtains, this was really useful for sleep. I had access to an electric kettle with cups and soap. The pillows were suitable for different sleeping positions, very important.

Some Problems Encountered During Stay
delayed check-inunclean bathroom
My time at this hotel began decently but declined. Upon check-in, there was nobody to assist me. A note said someone would return in 20 minutes, but I waited almost an hour without any apology. The room was not very clean. I saw black hairs in the shower and behind the door, and the floor had pieces of bread. I cleaned the bathroom myself that first night, disappointing.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

I loved the location! It was near the Saint Lazarus church and just minutes from the beach. I appreciated the central location. The staff was very friendly, especially Elena from the reception, and the British lady at breakfast! The breakfast was delicious with a rich menu, I think the price was really fair considering the service.

The hotel offers a mini fridge stocked daily with two water bottles. Air conditioning is available and easy to use, so I did not struggle to adjust it. A safe is also provided in the room.

The room was spacious and very clean, I really enjoyed this. There was a good-sized balcony with a great view, and blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Plenty of storage space was available, and fresh towels were provided daily.

The hotel is within walking distance of Finnikoudes and Mackenzie Beach. The intercity bus stop and the Holy Church of Saint Lazarus are also close. These amenities offer excellent convenience. I thought the central location made getting around easy.

Breakfast portions were huge and filling, I really liked it! It prevented me from needing to buy lunch on most days. This was really helpful. Breakfast is made to order and fresh, what a treat!

the room was close to city center. it had a balcony, tv, kettle, fridge, usb charger points. it was convenient i think.
the shower have mould all around the tub. the service was unpredictable. it was like a poorly managed hotel, i think. some of the staff members are trying but others seemed demotivated. the hotel lacked the charm we expected.

The location was acceptable. It was near the city center.
The receptionist did not greet guests upon arrival, her behavior felt rather UNPROFESSIONAL. the cleanliness standards seemed low, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. breakfast did not include all coffee drinks. Some required an extra charge.
