Excellent Location and Service

great location special sweets helpful staff

The location was perfect for exploring. It allowed easy walks to key sights and local markets. The staff greeted us with local treats. They also helped with taxi bookings and directions making our travels much easier.

The breakfast area was small. It became crowded sometimes, especially during peak hours.

Staff members were very kind and accommodating. The security guard was ALWAYS greeting guests with a smile. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was helpful, ensuring all needs were met.

i found the staff to be helpful on reception. the room located on the ninth floor was larger than i expected for the price i paid. i liked its comfortable bed.

the double room was quite small , especially compared to other hotels i have stayed at.

the staff displayed amazing friendliness , giving directions for exploring the area. breakfast included a daily rotation of tasty items , a pleasant surprise. i received advice about a terminal change for my flight to the airport , it was fantastic service.

the shower tiles needed cleaning and new grout. i also wished there was a full-length mirror in the room. these small details could improve the guest experience.

The breakfast included many options (i enjoyed fresh fruits). My room had superb lighting and comfortable furnishings. I found the staff very cooperative. They even arranged a packaged breakfast since I had to check out early.

The bathroom lacked a full-length mirror.

I received a welcome drink upon arrival at the hotel. The room included necessary amenities and was adequately sized. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, including the security personnel. The location is close to tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, and the market (a great plus!).

The shower's tiles in the bathroom need proper cleaning and regrouting. A full-length mirror would also be a helpful addition to the room. These small updates would significantly enhance the overall experience.

The rooms feature subtle lighting options. The breakfast buffet included a wide array of choices. I specially enjoy pea flower juice.

The room was too small and it also felt noisy. Basic facilities are provided and it was uncomfortable. During check out, I was charged for water in the fridge.
