slow sink draininadequate soundproofing

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear noise from the street and other guests. also, the bathroom sink drained slowly. this made the bathroom floor constantly damp and a bit unpleasant. the staff was not very quick to address these issues . i expected a higher level of comfort and maintenance for the price.

this boutique hotel seriously rocks! the staff was so helpful, they even helped me find the best tacos. the location is very nice, i walked everywhere. the room was super comfy with a purified water machine right there, super handy!

the blackout blinds in the room makes it less privacy, next time i'll try to get a room away from the street

i scored a free upgrade! the location is seriously prime, smack-dab in roma norte, with everything super close. the room? totally gorgeous! the bed was huge, and that gigantic tv was a lifesaver during those stormy nights. plus, the wifi was strong, so i was set.

the building was quite nice , with modern amenities. the room had a beautiful design , especially the large windows on the top floor. cleaning service was provided every day , a great bonus.

i knew that the hotel lacked air conditioning , and the provided fan was acceptable. however , i would probably choose a hotel with air conditioning next time. also , our room faced the street , and we had to close the blackout blinds to get any privacy.
