excellent location and friendly staff

i found the staff very friendly. daniel at the front desk replied quickly and helped throughout my stay. everything was well explained and the room was equipped. i was very satisfied with the convenient airport shuttle and the host helped plan tours.

The decoration was poor. there wasn't even a small table, though there was space. And there were iron burns on the curtain.

the hotel is close to several points of interest. it has great access to public transport. tram 28 and other bus stops are just a few minutes away , made exploring very convenient.

the included breakfast was delicious. i have food allergies and could request gluten-free bread. there was almond milk available for coffee so i found it easy to accommodate my needs.

the room had a balcony overlooking the street. air conditioning was effective and the room had enough space. i was happy to find that the room had all i needed.

great air conditioning perfect location easy access nice view

The room matched the pictures perfectly. The air conditioning worked great. the location was ideal, very close to local attractions. being on the first floor meant an easy access, only a few steps were necessary. the views right outside were really nice!

The noise from the street at night was noticeable. Earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers!
