the shuttle service to the airport was acceptable.
The room's air conditioning unit stopped working in the middle of the night. It became very warm. when i reported this at the front desk, they told me it was my fault for not calling them during the night. the manager didn't apologize and acted like it was my fault.

Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

My check-in was quick, and the front desk offered both early check-in and late check-out without any trouble. I found the two televisions in the room quite convenient. The free shuttle service was prompt and the driver was professional (a great start to the vacation!). The room was great.
The hotel could benefit from a refresh as it appears somewhat worn. it was still a comfortable stay overall.

The front desk staff demonstrated helpful and friendly service . I observed team members who were willing to assist with requests and provide information when needed. Staff members were very kind.

My room included two televisions and climate control, which maintained a consistent temperature. The suite provided ample space. The beds were very comfortable.

The restaurant offers a menu with a reasonable selection of items for supper. I thought breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!). The coffee shop in the lobby is very practical.
