The staff was helpful, especially max. He contacted me via whatsapp and assisted with organizing transportation. The hotel offered a very convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The breakfast was varied with choices for many tastes.
The air conditioning in public areas was set VERY cold. I needed to put on a sweater even during the day, which seemed like a waste of energy. There is not much to do in the area outside the hotel, sadly. the air conditioning in the room did not work effectively.
