the shuttle service was indeed quite timely. i found the front desk staff rather friendly. the hotel's proximity to the airport proved very convenient.

The special request i made for a quiet room on a high floor was not accommodated. the only available rooms on the top floor faced a very busy street. This made it quite noisy. the hotel is not very sound resistant either.
