The room was nicely decorated and very clean. food at the restaurant was very good. I particularly enjoyed the steak and potato pie. the staff were excellent. They were all polite and friendly. i also appreciated the convenient parking available at the hotel.
the room was a bit too warm, despite a fan being provided.

the hotel's location is very quiet, situated just minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient for travel. the hotel offers easy parking , a definite advantage. also, the hotel is close to a nice little walking area.

The staff were friendly and well trained. They seemed to want to give good service. quick service was provided both at dinner and in the bar. I did not have to wait long. the manager went out of her way to meet our requirements.

the room was spacious and well equipped with nice tea and coffee. the bed was very comfy and ensured a good night's sleep. a handrail over the bath and a rubber bathmat were available and very useful.

The food was good and I found the staff attentive in the restaurant.
The room was too hot. I had to keep the window open. A tower fan was available, but it was noisy and did not cool the room effectively. The bathroom could use an update, though it was clean.

The staff was great. Lauren at reception was friendly. She was a local. The food was fantastic and I really enjoyed it. I thought the room was real nice.
I found an orange peel in corner of room. The bathroom was not as clean as I wanted it. Everything else was wonderful though.

my stay included a quiet atmosphere, so i slept soundly. the receptionist was genuinely pleasant. i would gladly return because the service and surroundings meet my needs. the staff ensured i had beverages during my evening relaxation.
the room's temperature control did not function. despite attempts to adjust it, the room remained too warm for restful sleep. this impacted my overall stay quality.

AMAZING wedding venue!

we held our wedding here on saturday 5th july 2025 and the venue AND staff made our day totally amazing. from our initial enquires through to the day itself the staff have gone above and beyond in their attention to detail ensuring that our special day was everything we hoped for. everything from the accommodations, the restaurant and the reception rooms were immaculate. chris and his team were attentive AND made sure ourselves and our guests wanted for nothing throughout the day.
very BASIC clean of the room. dust in every possible place. i COULDN'T put clothes in the wardrobe as there was dust in all the drawers and on the bottom. cobwebs in the corner of ceiling and all in the comers of the room.

the restaurant is great AND the food was excellent. the breakfast area of the bar had a pleasant atmosphere with a good variety of food on offer. sunday lunch included a large table in the window SO we had plenty of room.
