This hotel works well as a business venue. the location is also fantastic if arriving by car. it is very close to the metro station. Only seven stops to the duomo. i found secure parking in a garage. the staff were very helpful.
the room had some odor of smoking, despite requesting a non-smoking room. also, the main entrance was often crowded with smokers. i asked the front desk to address this but the situation did not improve.

the breakfast offered a good selection. i noticed many free tables during breakfast. the variety included options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. there was ample seating available.

i appreciated the helpful staff. the hotel offered a pillow menu with many choices. the lobby was quite spacious. i found the location convenient, as it was a short walk to the metro line.

The hotel offered very good proximity to the M3 metro line. This line easily takes you to the central area in about ten minutes. My room included two distinct sections separated by a door. One section contained a double bed while the other had two single beds.
The breakfast room staff did not give a very cute impression. The scrambled eggs had a noticeable gasoline smell.

I found very nice cakes and biscuits available for breakfast. The hotel had halal sausages as well, though I did not try them. Breakfast also included good options for a satisfying start to the day.

Rooms were of a lovely quality, specifically they were comfortable and spacious. This hotel has proximity to the metro, beneficial for those needing public transport.
The night staff lacked responsiveness when I require assistance around midnight. An Indian gentleman was impolite when I spoke with him in the morning. He did not apologize, this really was the worst service I experienced. The location is also dirty.
