the landline phone in my beautiful twin room did not work properly this meant i could not receive my wake-up call i had booked this caused some unnecessary stress before my early flight plus the room felt quite dark even with all the lights on the lighting needs improvement it made it difficult to work or read comfortably i found it frustrating and inconvenient, the dusty surfaces detracted from the overall cleanliness it gave me the impression the room was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival this lack of attention to detail was disappointing and made me question the hygiene standards it is important for hotels to maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas including surfaces that are easily overlooked

it's a little weird feeling that all the services provide meet the minimum requirements. like no coffee table, or desk, just one armchair and one seat. i wanted a little more entertainment.
