Is there a designated area for trailer parking during bike week?

Trailer parking is available approximately 6 blocks north of the lodge for a fee of $15 per day for trailers up to 3.66 meters long. For trailers exceeding this length, an additional charge of $1 per foot applies.
What are the smoking policies on the property?

All rooms and pool areas are strictly non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated areas such as the parking lot, on private balconies, or just outside their room in the two-story lodge.

Each room comes with one parking spot. Additional vehicles can be parked at an overflow lot across the street at no extra cost. Oversized vehicles may need to use the overflow parking as well.
What is the earliest time to check in?
