I found the staff very well trained. They are competent and warm to guests. in-room dining services are superb. the reception desk is very accommodating. i was like an honored guest at every moment.
i requested a king bed, but i received a queen bed. the washroom disappointed me. how can a top hotel like this lack a hand shower in the bathing area it was surprising

I enjoyed the breakfast at capital kitchen. The food was balanced and offered a wide variety. the breakfast menu was extensive. chef sameer sangal personally visited each table to greet guests. the staff was helpful.

I found the buffet had a lovely assortment of sweets and ice cream. Sumit Dinesh and Manu took great care of my mother. Mimosas were excellent and Sumit prepared them well.
The quality control was lacking with sour creamers in the room for tea. Replacement creamers were also sour.
