fantastic experience
trained staff competent staff superb service
I found the staff very well trained. They are competent and warm to guests. in-room dining services are superb. the reception desk is very accommodating. i reminded me of an honored guest at every moment.
i requested a king bed, but i received a queen bed. the washroom disappointed me. how can a top hotel like this lack a hand shower in the bathing area it was surprising

the room had a king bed and offered views of the diplomatic enclave. it was clean. there was a good selection of complimentary beverages available in the suite. everything was very neat.

I enjoyed the breakfast at capital kitchen. The food was balanced and offered a wide variety. the breakfast menu was extensive. chef sameer sangal personally visited each table to greet guests. the staff was helpful.

the hotel has lush green surroundings. there is a temperature-controlled pool amidst a garden. the interiors felt elegant. the lobby was clean. everything looks good.

breakfast buffet attentive staff legendary service
the breakfast buffet seriously blew my mind. aakash and dinesh were absolute legends during breakfast. they catered to every single one of my needs.
the minibar wasn't restocked daily i noticed.

lovely assortment great care excellent mimosas
I found the buffet had a lovely assortment of sweets and ice cream. Sumit Dinesh and Manu took great care of my mother. Mimosas were excellent and Sumit prepared them well.
The quality control was lacking with sour creamers in the room for tea. Replacement creamers were also sour.
