the room was tidy and the bedding felt soft.

I found an issue with the mini fridge. It had a noticeable odor. also, i was disappointed that the promised dog bathrobes never materialized, a real letdown after seeing them advertised so prominently. it seemed like a detail overlooked, diminishing the overall experience for my pet.
