Wonderful short stay!

The owners are very accommodating and kind. They stored our luggage when we arrived before check-in. This allowed us to start our day early. They also stored our luggage on our departure day! This gave us freedom to enjoy attractions near the north side of the promenade. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

The bathroom had no mirror.

There are multiple breakfast options within a short walking distance. They open early. A local branch of a popular restaurant chain is nearby. It opens at 8am. This is very convenient if you want to eat early with kids.

The Samsung TV in the room had good picture quality. The guest house has a quiet atmosphere. Despite this, it is close to local attractions. The rooms had tea and coffee making facilities, with ample supplies.

The location is great for visiting the Pleasure Beach. I liked it! The guest house is also near the railway stations. There are trams for easy access to other attractions. The football ground is only a short walk.

the rooms we booked were very clean. they felt so cozy too. the minion teddies were a special touch in the bigger family room. little ones loved those a lot. beds are super comfy. all of us slept great.

i found a slight alcohol smell in the hallway.

the guest house is close to the pleasure beach. it is also near all amenities. bond street provides the cheapest parking at £8 for 24 hours, but it requires a five minute walk.

the host gave us lots of information on things to do. they also provided information on how to get around easily. the lady was very friendly upon check-in. she greeted us personally.

there is no facility of a bar on site. there is also nowhere to eat if you brought your own food. plenty of off licenses are very close. these are helpful if you require drinks.

i found on-street parking nearby, it was free. the host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. the heating worked very well it kept the room lovely and warm. the beds were comfy and very clean i must say.

the shower didn't have hot water, it made things a little difficult.

the owners were very friendly and helpful . their communication skills were excellent, i felt well-informed. they accommodated my check-in time, it allowed me to arrive earlier, which helped a lot.
