The staff was always ready. someone was always by the reception and eager to assist. all appliances worked perfectly including the aircon. we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

I emailed and asked if i could get extra blankets. i was given two only, two issued per room. we were cold the first night. We had to go buy blankets for us for the next evening.

our room was spacious. it was equipped with all necessary appliances, and all worked well. the air conditioning kept the temperature perfect. i slept well in the comfortable bed.

I found the staff to be very friendly. Communication were excellent even before arrival. They did upgrade our room from a standard to a three bedroom apartment, a very welcome surprise. Breakfast was excellent with varied selections.

I did notice the shower drain seemed to get blocked easily. This needed addressed to ensure better guest experience.

The hotel includes a gym with modern equipment. I noted several treadmills and weight machines. A outdoor pool provides a nice area for relaxation and recreation with sufficient seating during peak times.

My room include a balcony. Breakfast include good options. I find the staff very friendly. The location allow quick access to local amenities.

The towels seem old and off-white. Some towels even appear torn. The provided iron was broken. Water poured out during ironing. This make steaming impossible.

The room i got wasn't great. the bathroom water had a really bad smell, i hated that. also, the sink was stained and the bed was not comfortable at all. the breakfast was a joke, i had to wait forever for the food and they messed up my order. So frustrating.

The location was acceptable. It was close to a shopping center.

The double bed felt low TO the ground. I ordered dinner and received confirmation, but after 45 minutes, they told me what I ordered was not available. The breakfast portion was small, and the process required too much time.
