i found the staff very helpful. minh (mike) gave restaurant recommendations within a 15-minute walk. ms sammy and other staff ensured my needs were met. amelia at the evening meal and breakfast was friendly. they provided a portable wifi gadget (a nice touch!).
the acoustics made it a bit noisy at times. i could hear doors shutting, so earplugs were useful.

I really appreciated the hotel's central location. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff helped me organize tours and transportation throughout my stay. the breakfasts and afternoon tea stood out, they provided various dishes, which changed daily. it was excellent value overall.
the room felt a bit aged. the price did not entirely match the quality and condition of the room. i also requested a lavender service that was not fulfilled. there were cigarette marks on the window.

the staff were very attentive. they met my needs acceptably.
i was disappointed by the noise. i could hear people chatting through the pipes. doors were shutting, and i heard whistles from a nearby school. i found it difficult to sleep because of this internal and external noise.

I found the rooftop restaurant fine. it offered very nice city views. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. they assisted me with arranging transfers AND excursions. the staff were SO attentive. the location was perfect. I could walk to many attractions.
