helpful staffbad showerthin walls
the staff was quite helpful, i will give them that.
my room had a really bad shower, it barely trickled water. also, the walls must be paper thin, as i could hear everything. the shared kitchen next door was noisy late at night.

park locationlovely room
The location is near Greenwich park. The bus, metro and train connections made traveling easy. The room decorations were lovely and I found the bed comfortable. Staff were cute and nice.
I agreed on an arrival time. There was no one present, so I had to wait at another pub.

The location proved great (i could easily access many attractions). the team's communication was amazing. I had no trouble getting in. the shared kitchen included breakfast items. This was unexpected and very welcome.
the shower experience was not great. there was no hot water no matter how long i let it run. the shower door also did not close properly, therefore it leaked.

short bus rideno hot waterleaking shower door
The location was acceptable for visiting the O2 Arena. A short bus ride avoided much traffic.
The shower proved utterly dreadful. I experienced no hot water despite prolonged running. The shower door did not close properly, causing leaks. I believe the shower experience requires fixing.
