fantastic stay!
immaculate room friendly staff very nice location
I cannot believe how clean everything was! the room was immaculate. the staff were super friendly. They gave us excellent recommendations for local attractions. also. The location is just very nice. it is so close to everything!
The water pressure in the shower was slightly low. it still worked fine. But it could have been a bit stronger.

The hotel's position is awesome. it is near the main attractions. transportation is readily available and easy to access. the proximity to the pier makes exploring simple. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

Basic Stay Near the Pier
carpet stains broken fan
The noise was definitely an issue. Traffic sounds kept me awake most of the night. The room itself needed some work. I noticed stains on the carpet and the bathroom fan was broken.

fantastic location!
ample space comfortable beds tea station smart tv
the family room had ample space for my children and me. it had a smart tv with popular apps like netflix, providing plenty of entertainment. the beds were comfortable, and i found a generous supply of towels. there was also a fully stocked tea, coffee, and sugar station available.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak. It made streaming videos a little difficult.

although this hotel does not serve breakfast, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. these establishments offer a variety of options for a satisfying morning meal. several are just a short walk away.

the hotel is directly across from south pier and close to the beach. pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark are also very close by. it's an excellent base for exploring local attractions.

the owners are very friendly and helpful. they quickly addressed minor issues i had . their responsiveness contributed positively to my experience. the staff ensured a clean hotel.

filthy carpets fixed shower head
the fridge in the room was a nice touch, i guess.
the carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 80s. my socks proved it. also, the shower took forever to warm up, and the head was fixed to the wall. what is this, a prison?

super stay!
great location great owner quick fix easy transport
i loved the great location right opposite south pier. it made getting around super easy. the owner was really great and fixed a couple small issues we had right away.
the parking situation was a bit tricky, i did end up paying for parking each day.

the owner was friendly and cute, she. she handles any problems quickly and with a smile, and that is really appreciable. she is fantastic!

our room was spacious and very clean, i was very happy about it. my kids liked having a big tv, it gave us all chance to relax. the room had its own shower and toilet, it was really convenient.

the hotel is near mc donalds and other restaurants. finding places to eat was very easy. there is also a shop close by for snacks, i really appreciated the choices.

modern tv great shower useful fridge
the room had a fridge i appreciated that feature. i also liked the smart tv with channels and netflix. the shower was great it was very refreshing.
