the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i could leave my luggage before check-in, which helped. there was plenty of coffee, tea, and bottled water available. staff allowed us to leave our bags after checking out, a great convenience.
The room was quite small. Space was a bit tight.

The staff was helpful. They stored our luggage at no cost on our departure day. the pleasant staff left a great impression and it was obvious that they worked very hard. they seemed happy to answer questions.

the location near the train station proved very useful i could easily access transport to other parts of the city. leaving my luggage after checkout allowed me to explore unencumbered i appreciated this service greatly. i also noticed the view of the park across the street i found it quite calming.
the walls were thin i could hear the neighbors i found it hard to sleep soundly. controlling the shower temperature was also difficult i kept switching between hot and cold water

the location rocks! it's super close to heuston station! the area felt totally safe, giving me peace of mind . the staff was friendly and helpful!
The floor creaked like crazy with every step. It was hard to ignore. also, getting luggage upstairs was a bit of a struggle.

The room was very clean and well maintained. i appreciated that the staff helped us with our luggage. They arranged for it to be delivered. it was a quick overnight stop, but the facilities met my needs. it was very easy to get around, since it was very close to the tram lines.
the sound proofing within the premises was pretty terrible though, i could hear other guests quite clearly.
