the hotel had a free tuktuk service to the airport railway station. restaurants and massage places were within walking distance. i found the staff friendly and accommodating. the room was cleaned daily , and breakfast was satisfactory.
the wifi signal strength was somewhat poor.

the lobby provided good facilities for waiting or meeting people. there was a pool available , though i did not personally use it. free luggage storage was very useful before check-in and after checkout.

the staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. i appreciated the convenient tuk-tuk service they provide to nearby locations. the free transfer really helped me explore the area without worrying about transportation (a huge plus for solo travellers like me!).
the noise from nearby trains was noticeable, especially during peak hours. earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers like myself.

The hotel is very close to Phaya Thai BTS station. I could walk there. The hotel also provides a shuttle tuktuk as an option. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done every day. Receptionists speak English very well.
The internet connection was not great.
