What is the best way to arrive at the guesthouse from the parking area at Piazzale Roma if I have luggage? Is there a nearby vaporetto stop?

The guesthouse is just a short 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma, making it easy to reach without needing to take a vaporetto.

Is there a place to store our luggage after we check out? Our flight is scheduled later in the evening.
