The staff helped with every question. Ratnesh offered excellent, friendly service. he even arranged a private car because of the rain. the room had everything i needed, it was clean and quiet. the hotel's location provided easy access to downtown.

the shower was broken. it could either be cold or really hot. it was impossible to take a shower.

the hotel is a short walk from union station. the location allows you to easily walk pretty much everywhere you need to go! there were also some other interesting attractions nearby.

i experienced no problems . the hotel is situated near the eaton centre and theaters. the walkability to nearby attractions was very convenient. i also found a parking garage right around the corner, a great convenience.

during my stay, i noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room. i feel a small fridge would definitely improve the experience.
