The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I had a good electric shower. I could come and go as I pleased after I got the keys. This hotel is in a great location for town and the tower. I could walk to all the attractions.

Mixed Feelings About This Place

musty smell ice-cold water

The room I got was a decent size and had an en suite, a plus.

The hotel had a noticeable musty smell in the hallways. My shower was a big letdown as it only produced ice-cold water, no matter how long I let it run. This made for an unpleasant start to the day.

I was pleased with the room size. It was a good size. I also appreciated that I was upgraded to a room with an en suite. The staff were really pleasant. They could not do enough for me.

The room could have been cleaner. I noticed dust on surfaces. I also detected a lingering smell of stale smoke. Parking was not available directly outside. I had to use a nearby car park, costing £12 for the day.

central location water basin fast wi-fi

The location was excellent. I found it so central! The room had a water basin, that was very useful. The fast Wi-Fi really pleased me. I could easily connect!

The hallways were a little dark. It was not a major issue.
