The room service hours were quite limited. It stopped at 9 PM and didn't start again until 7:30 AM. I really wanted a cup of tea in my room. I was surprised there wasn't a kettle or any teabags available. This hotel isn't great if you need an early breakfast. The lack of breakfast before 7:30 AM was really inconvenient.

The room service was very slow. It took over an hour for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the food wasn't hot. the lack of readily available parking was a HUGE inconvenience. I had to use a valet service that was quite slow and added an unexpected cost to my stay.

My room was so spacious! The hotel has a very central location, close to shops and restaurants. The red line train station is nearby. I also loved the later checkout. Standard checkout is at 12pm.

I noticed a slight smell in the lobby, nothing too serious though.

The king room overlooked the river. It was large and super clean. The bed was ENORMOUS, and the room was quiet. The staff always smiled. They were attentive and helpful. I received bottled water each night.

The location is really central. charles street had some nice shops and places to eat. The hotel has bikes you can freely use. it was useful for getting around.

the cleanliness was not perfect. i even found an ant in my bed as i was trying to sleep, which wasn't ideal, and the air conditioning didn't work as well. the room was musty and damp.

My room was super clean and quite spacious. The outdoor area provided a very relaxing space after a full day of sightseeing. The staff went out of their way to assist me when I left a personal item behind. I really appreciated their help.

The hotel does not offer on-site parking. A remote parking location is used. It took twenty minutes to retrieve my car.
