The hotel is very accessible. I only had a few hours at the hotel before my next flight, so it was great that it is so close to the arrivals hall. It is also very clean and well maintained. The walkway attached it to the airport. After a long-haul flight, it is ideal (i really liked it).
I found the check-in process to be slow. The shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes, is not frequent enough. the service at the hotel is quite good, but the location is really inconvenient. (the name is misleading).

the hotel is very close to the airport! i just walked across the street. check-in was fast, and they gave me a welcome drink coupon. the room had bottled water in the bathroom, a detail i appreciated.
the new terminal is a bit far, so the shuttle took about 20 minutes.

the room included a king-size bed and blackout curtains, useful for sleeping during the day. the bathroom offered a rainfall shower and separate sink. there was also a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules.

the staff provided airport shuttle service every 30 minutes. staff handled my request for a late check-out promptly. they also stored my bags securely until my evening flight, and gave me a claim ticket.

the hotel's proximity to the airport made everything super easy! i walked right across the street after arriving. a free welcome drink was a fantastic touch, i thought! the included breakfast had eggs cooked to order and lots of tasty fruit.
The room thermostat wasn't perfect. I had some trouble maintaining a consistent temperature.

my dinner at the hotel restaurant was AMAZING!!! sergio, my server, was very polite and professional. he made sure all my needs were met during my meal. the location is very convenient as it is close to the airport.
my air conditioner made a loud banging noise every few minutes. i had to turn it off in order to sleep well. i requested an extra towel and a hairdryer twice from the front desk, but they never arrived.

The location is quite convenient if you need to be near the airport. It made my early morning flight manageable.
the bathroom had a noticeable musty smell, a problem i suspect comes from poor drainage. i found water pooling after each shower. the room felt damp. also, the shuttle service from the airport took longer than expected and added stress to the start of my stay.
