the reception service was quite efficient.

the soundproofing was poor i heard every noise in the adjacent rooms and the hallway it disrupted my sleep considerably also the bathroom had a noticeable musty smell this issue needs addressed and the ventilation seemed inadequate the tv only had a few channels available which was disappointing

the room i got wasn't great, and that was disappointing. the showerhead was broken. the bedsheet felt itchy and had holes, so it didn't feel very clean. i also couldn't turn off the ceiling light, annoying at night.

The location was convenient near the Zara metro station. The staff were very friendly and always eager to assist with directions. I appreciated the breakfast buffet. It offered a varied and delicious selection. Parking was private. This made traveling by car easier.

The tram outside was a LITTLE noisy.

The room included a fridge, a coffee machine, a safe, and a hairdryer. The bed was comfy, and the shower was good. It had all that I needed. Towels were changed every day.

The hotel sits near the Zara metro station. It's right outside the hotel. A tram also runs on the street. It is easy to access different parts of the city. Centrale station and the metro stop are close.

The breakfast was excellent. It had a good range of food. The lady at breakfast was super friendly. She kept the espresso flowing. I could enjoy a variety of options each morning. It was very enjoyable!!!
