the location was good , near the metro.
The room's design felt off , with dark walls making it seem smaller. the bathroom was also quite small and lacked proper ventilation. its glass wall let light into the bedroom , which was not ideal. one staff member at reception was unhelpful. He suggested i walk to the taxi stand with my luggage to find a taxi myself , since their contracted company wouldn't take the order.

Excellent Stay and Convenient Location!

The reception staff were helpful. David kindly allowed me an early check-in at 11 AM. This was great as I had tasks to complete without my luggage. I found the location convenient with close access to train, metro, and bus stations. The rooms are quiet even near busy avenues. Restaurants are very close by.
The room had a dark decor. This did give the room an oppressive feeling. A lighter color might improve the ambiance.

the location is super convenient! i could easily get around using the metro and bus. the breakfast had lots of choices! the room was very quiet and clean. i'm so glad i chose this hotel!
the room was a bit dark, but it wasn't a big deal.

The location was good for access to retail and food areas.
The room lacked amenities I expect from a hotel of this level and price. The bed was hard as a rock it was like I slept on plywood. The sheets were paper thin and the pillows were of equal quality.

the breakfast offered a wide selection though it lacked variety. the location proved convenient with taxis readily available nearby. many restaurants and coffee shops are within easy reach of the hotel.
the bed and mattress felt quite uncomfortable i found a woolen blanket instead of a feather duvet. the bathrooms are advertised with a bathtub but no bath plug is provided unless requested. the room cleaning was not very good with an emptied soap dispenser not refilled.

The room was clean. It had a HUGE flat screen. The cleaners did a good job. I appreciated the quiet at night.
I found the bed QUITE uncomfortable. It had a woolen blanket instead of a duvet. The house keeping staff took away one of my access cards to the room.
