I had the most wonderful stay. the location is perfect. A quiet little green haven. the room was outstandingly decorated and comfortable (i really loved all the colors!). most of all, the personnel was particularly sweet and attentive.

there was a slight problem with mosquitoes. it could be nice to have some nets available to put over the beds.

I stayed in a King Suite Balcony. The room included slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer, beach towels in a basket, and an umbrella. The staff served a welcome drink upon arrival. They were very cute and friendly. The hotel cooks delicious food. Breakfast was amazingly delicious!!!

Mosquitoes were a slight issue, since the hotel is near a lake.

the suite with balcony had really good interior. the outdoor spa bath was a lovely amenity. all photos i saw online represented the hotel ACCURATELY.

the mosquito problem was noticeable, so i recommend bringing repellent.
