slow room serviceunsafe water
the room service wasn't as prompt as i'd hoped. meals i ordered took a while. also, i found that complimentary water wasn't provided. they only offer tap water in bottles, i dont think is safe.

I found the beds very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. the staff behaved in a friendly manner and was polite. whenever i asked for something, they gave it willingly, and the chef prepared delicious food.
The night receptionist behaved quite rudely. Upon arrival, it did not make for a Very accommodating welcome. that person did not provide the most professional treatment and had a Lack of customer service skills.

the room i stayed in felt quite decent and wonderfully clean. the room shone LIKE a mirror. it was very spacious and well equipped.

The staff had a very kind and wonderful nature. All members helped a lot. Indrajit took care of every detail, and i especially appreciated that. the reception service worked well.

the restaurant served nice food and the staff provided Really good service. the chefs worked magic with their hands to make scrumptious meals. i found food cultural to my taste.

The location is AMAZING!!! Shops, restaurants, and transport are all VERY close. Late check-out and luggage storage are available too.
