I found the experience rather underwhelming. The breakfast service felt quite disorganized. Sometimes it was a buffet and other times a menu. There was no clear communication about which it would be on any given day. The lack of consistency was puzzling and quite irritating.

the staff were friendly and helpful i found.
the room was not what i expected. the lighting was quite dark and made it difficult to see clearly. also, there was no full-length mirror in the room, so i had to use the bathroom mirror all the time, this was inconvenient.

i was GRATEFUL for the helpful staff. The rooftop bar featured good service. Manula gave great service with a lovely smile.
This caused a fair amount of noise all day. Three of the four restaurants were closed.

perfect locationnatural light
I appreciated the location near Queens road. Each room features natural light, coming through openings to the inner courtyard. The service was anticipatory and unobtrusive.
