staff was helpfull with early breakfast arrangements. room had complimentary water and tea. i liked bathroom amenities. there was a nespresso machine with pods in my room.

the tv remote had some scratches.

the hotel is close to several restaurants. it is also near the dutch hospital area. getting around was easy, i used tuk-tuks to explore local attractions.

the room was very clean. i had a spacious executive suite. the hotel has a great location, near shops and restaurants.

The front desk staff could smile more. It would make the arrival more cute.

The location is convenient as it is within walking distance of the train station.

The noise was a significant issue. Loud music played until almost 1 AM from an external venue and kept me awake. The hotel did not resolve this problem despite the numerous complaints mentioned in other reviews.

missing tiles loud music

The room had some issues. The shower tiles were missing and the wear and tear was visible. It gave the impression that maintenance could be better. Loud music played until late, it reminded me of sleeping next to a nightclub. Earplugs barely helped, and it was a struggle to fall asleep.
