mixed feelings about my stay

faulty air conditioning thin walls

the breakfast had many options i found acceptable.

the air conditioning barely worked. the room felt hot, yet nothing improved after i reported it. additionally, i discovered that the walls are very thin and i could hear a lot of noise.

the room was clean. it was fully staffed. i received extra towels, and the fridge was always stocked with free drinks. they cleaned our room every day.

The hotel lacked a restaurant to order food. the location isn't great. I needed my car to get bottled water. there were mosquitoes in the room, and some ants too.

i enjoyed the spacious room we received. the complimentary mini bar was a lovely perk i did not expect. breakfast included a great variety of fresh food, a real treat. the staff really helped when i needed something.

the air conditioning unit make little noise, which disturbed sleep slightly.

fantastic stay with great service

staff attentiveness excellent cleanliness convenient parking

i was super impressed with the attentiveness of the staff they were always ready to help i also loved the cleanliness the room sparkled every day and the breakfast was a real treat there was a huge selection with fresh pastries and great coffee underground parking offered added convenience.

the room faced the street and i noticed some noise it wasn't a dealbreaker but lighter sleepers might want to request a quieter spot facing away from the road

I appreciated the underground parking. It provided secure spots for vehicles. breakfast was good i found and the room service ensured several bottles of water were left daily.

the air conditioning system made some noise all night long though i was eventually able to sleep.
