adequate stay overall

great location washing machine coffee selection room confusion door problem no phone response

the location was great. i had easy access to a washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board. i found a kettle with tea and coffee in my room as well as body wash.

no one told me which room to go to. i had to try my access code in each door to find it. the front door did not open on several occasions and no one answered the phone.

The location was close to the town centre. It was convenient.

The shower curtain in the twin room had black marks at the bottom it was off-putting. The toilet also did not flush properly. I found this unhygienic.

clean room friendly owner guest lounge warm welcome

i stayed one night and found it very clean. the owner was friendly and we had a good chat in the guest lounge. it is his home with rooms to rent, not a corporate hotel. i felt welcome here.

no one told me which room, so i had to try the code in all of them to find it.

the location was great, very central for seeing the sights.

the room wasnt great. the shower curtain had mold, and the toilet struggled to flush properly. the beds were really hard, tough to get a good night's sleep.

amazing stay!

pristine rooms door security

i loved the pristine rooms and felt so safe with the door security access. the location is unbeatable, a short walk to the tower, winter gardens, and everything else. the clean bathroom and bedroom. bedding smelled super fresh!

the self-lock system was a bit of a hassle. there weren't any staff around. i couldn't find spoons or tea, coffee, and sugar.
