nespresso machine water pressure lobby meeting lack parking unhelpful staff homeless people
the nespresso machine in the room was definitely a plus. i also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. breakfast was available and there were good lobby meeting spaces.
Parking was a bit of an issue. arrival staff did not offer much help with it. i noticed a lot of homeless individuals in the area.

modern spot friendly staff comfortable bed easy access
it is a modern spot close to the riverwalk. the staff proved very friendly and accommodating. my room was clean and featured nice decor, including a nespresso machine, and the bed was really comfortable. the location impressed me, offering easy access to downtown attractions.
The design of the bathroom had a slight drawback. The glass wall facing the sleeping area allowed light to filter through, which could be a bit disruptive

the location was great. the room was amazing with automatic blinds. the bed was especially comfy!
the front desk was not very knowledgeable, they gave false information! there wasn't a courtesy coffee station and no small refrigerator was available. the room also felt claustrophobic!

i appreciated the modern design of the rooms. the electronic panel controlling blinds and lights was a nice touch. the location was fairly central..
the painted glass panel between the shower and bedroom lets light through. bathroom light usage affects the bedroom lighting. the control panel for lights and shades could use written instructions.

the foyer was spacious. it had entrances to an adjoining cafe and a japanese restaurant. it was within walking distance to the arena, the river, and downtown. the front desk staff are great and helpful.
there was no drinking water provided, and a bottle from reception cost $7.
