The shuttle service was quick. I waited maybe ten minutes after calling upon arrival. breakfast had a nice variety and helpful staff members. the room itself was cozy, and the bed was comfy. I slept really well.
I was not happy about having to pay for parking. I thought it should be included, though the location was perfect!

the front desk staff was excellent! the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. they accommodated an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. breakfast was also really good.
the entire reason i booked this hotel is because it advertised i could pay at the hotel! two days before my credit card was charged an 'authorization' without my consent. when i arrived, i also had to pay a deposit. the initial authorization won't return to my card for several business days!
