spacious hotel on-site parking kitchen utensils helpful staff

the hotel was spacious and clean upon arrival. on-site parking was convenient. the kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. i found a dishwasher, it was a bonus i didn't expect. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance.

the bathroom door handle came off when i used it. the hand towel ring was broken at the wall fixture. the bed pillows were very thin. there was no smart tv.

the kitchen included a microwave, oven, and hob. there was a full-sized refrigerator and a separate freezer. i found ample counter space for preparing meals and snacks.

The hotel was spacious with four beds and three bathrooms! the bedrooms were a good size, and the living room and kitchen offered ample space for our family. i found the provided dish washer to be a great bonus, though it was not listed before arrival. the on site parking was good. I never struggled to find a spot.

i noticed the bathroom door handle came out when i used it! it would be good to fix it

the hotel felt spacious and clean. good parking was available onsite. it was nice to have plenty of crockery and utensils (this was a real bonus). the dishwasher was also appreciated (i didn't expect that).

i was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. hand towels were missing, though bath mats were available. there was no washing-up liquid or sponge, only dishwasher tablets.

The cottage was like a warm embrace (especially with the soft lighting). our kitchen was well-equipped. the gym access was a plus. I made use of the treadmill daily.

the bathroom door handle felt a bit loose.
