the room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. the staff helped me with directions to a nearby restaurant. the exploren ev fast charger downstairs was convenient.

The minibar gives you only 15 seconds to put items back before charging, a very short time. the soundproofing through the door was poor. I could hear corridor conversations clearly. the hotel charges extra to use the 7kwh ev wall charger on top of the room rate.

The king bed was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the late checkout (it helped me relax fully before heading home). The buffet breakfast offered plentiful options and the food was delicious. Parking was easily accessible, a great convenience, especially when coming and going multiple times.

I experienced one issue when housekeeping entered my room early one morning. This woke me unexpectedly. The apologies given did little to ease the initial shock.

the bed WAS comfortable enough for A night's sleep.

room service arrived 45 minutes early one morning, WAKING me with a loud banging. I had to attend a funeral and wanted a peaceful morning. Housekeeping entered my room the next morning at 8:10 am. THIS occurred before my alarm.
