good coffee comfy bed cute staff

the breakfast selection had lots of variety and a really good coffee machine (i loved that!). the bed felt super comfy, almost like sleeping on clouds. the staff were nice and cute, it reminded me of a great start to my trip.

the gym was not anything special, it lacked modern equipment.

the staff were always working to keep the hotel clean.

beautiful twin room king size bed koi fish pond

the beautiful twin room was large it was clean and modern the bed was king size storage was great with a wardrobe drawers and a safe available restaurant service and food was lovely i tried the buffet brekkie and had a meal at dinner i recommend the duck room service was excellent the swimming pool playground and the koi fish pond are great

buffet breakfast public embarrassment

the breakfast buffet was a letdown. the margarine tasted off, and simple requests, such as half-boiled eggs, went unfulfilled. i also discovered blood stain on the bed during check-out, and staff demanded payment. they even stopped my grab car, causing public embarrassment.

convenient location friendly staff varied breakfast

The location offered a very convenient walk to a nearby mall with restaurants and a grocery store. I found the staff to be both friendly and always ready with a smile. The breakfast selection was great. Different items looked each day. The WiFi worked well throughout all hotel areas, helpful.

I found the gym to be quite small. It has limited equipment.

The staff was lovely, helpful, and understanding, particularly at the restaurant. They served a delicious vegetarian dinner to my room even after the kitchen closed. The restaurant team member Putri took my order and brought the food, wonderful. It was a pleasure.

The restaurant offered delicious food, cooked with love. I specifically enjoyed the duck. The room service menu was also excellent and prompt! The buffet breakfast had good choices. Items changed daily, so I always had something new. I am so grateful.

The hotel is near the airport and a large shopping mall. The location makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is close to Transtudio, which offers entertainment options. I found the location quite easy to navigate!
