The location is close to amenities. the breakfast was good, with a few choices. the host was helpful and friendly. It was a positive experience.

Carpet edges looked dusty. the ceiling had plaster work that looked unsightly. It needed attention. there was only a small amount of toilet roll provided, and a couple of tea bags. i think providing standard amounts of these items is important.

the location was central. the host made tea on arrival.

the room felt small. the kettle placement raised safety concerns because the power socket was distant. an extension lead was needed, which seemed precarious. it seemed like an oversight.
