The hotel has a skywalk to the airport, great for limited mobility. all staff were polite and addressed you courteously. i needed more towels and charging stations. Housekeeping was very responsive. the hotel location is convenient to everything.

i love a soft pillow but had to make do with what was provided. the concierge did not follow up as she said she would. the phone randomly rang in the middle of the night and woke us up, but no one answered when we picked up. i felt a bit bad.

the floor housekeeper always ensured we had clean towels. she made sure we had clean rooms and fresh water bottles daily. she really created a cute atmosphere for the rooms we stayed in. she was wonderful.

the hotel is right by terminal 3 i walked there easily! the skybridge access was super convenient especially with luggage the staff were friendly and helpful guiding me. i appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and a convenience store too.

the breakfast queue was quite long during peak hours i had to wait a bit to get a table. it was manageable since i wasn't in a rush but some may find it inconvenient.

this hotel is super close to terminal 3 making airport access really easy the skybridge connection makes it easy no need for taxis! several restaurants are nearby i found a nice spot for dinner.

amazing breakfastfriendly staff

i stayed in this hotel for a few nights, and the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a wide variety of options. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, a real dream.

one very small issue was that i noticed the pool got a little crowded at times.
